It's never too early to secure your spot! We recommend booking your session 2-3 months in advance for optimal availability. If you have a specific date in mind, like a birthday, baby's arrival, or any other time-sensitive event, consider booking 4-5 months ahead to ensure we can accommodate your preferred date. Don't hesitate – plan ahead for the perfect session tailored to your schedule.

What is the ideal time for a maternity portrait session? The sweet spot is when you proudly show off your baby bump and feel comfortable. Typically, the best window falls between 27-35 weeks, capturing that perfect, round tummy.

For those experiencing a second or subsequent pregnancy, or if you're expecting multiples, consider scheduling your maternity session a bit earlier, around 24-31 weeks.

In the days leading up to your session, focus on self-care. Stay hydrated, maintain a healthy diet for that radiant skin glow, and consider a manicure and pedicure. If your hair needs a touch-up, do so a few days in advance to avoid excess color on your face and scalp. For waxing, schedule it several days prior. Also, make sure to remove any unwanted hairs you don't want in your photos.

Avoid sudden changes to your routine. Steer clear of experimenting with new lotions, waxing, hair colors, spray tans,  self-tanners, or facials with downtime. This isn't the time for anything that could leave marks, cause breakouts, or require recovery time. Your session is about capturing your natural beauty, so let's keep it stress-free and enjoyable!

The investment in your experience is shaped by the artistic vision you have in mind. Client preferences vary, with some opting for multiple smaller images and others desiring bespoke wall collections. Expenditure can range from $3,000 to $10,000 and beyond, yet your balance is determined solely by the imagery you adore and the collaborative creations we bring to life.

To embark on this journey, the non-refundable retainer/creative fee of $1000 and a signed contract are essential to secure your date and confirm your booking. The full balance is due one week before your photo session. The minimum purchase is a collection of 5 images at $3,000, with pricing increasing based on quantity. If you find more images you love, you are welcome to  upgrade to a bigger collection.

Many clients discover that the top collection of 30 images offers the most value, with significant savings per image.

Approximately 2-3 weeks after your photo session, we'll schedule an in-person viewing at the studio or a virtual Zoom meeting for a revealing and ordering session.

During this session, you can view all the exquisite images and make your selections. Once you've chosen the photos you'd like to purchase and your balance is settled, I will proceed to order your artwork and deliver the digital copies.

Artwork is typically ready within 4-6 weeks from the completion of edits and digital delivery. It's worth noting that holiday orders may have earlier deadlines with our vendors depending on the time of year to ensure the quality of your cherished pieces and timely delivery.
